We will provide you with a 45l box to collect your glass in for a fee of £10.00 if required, this has a lid and can be stored indoors or outside.

Multiple boxes are available at discounted prices.

We use Wham Bam 45 litre recycled plastic boxes. They are extremely strong and come with a secure lid so can be stored outside in all weather if required. Dimensions: 49.00 x 39.50 x 32.00 cm. This equates to approximately 30 wine bottles or 45 beer bottles.

Bottles and jars of any colour, e.g. wine, beer and spirits and jars such as sauces, jam etc. jars that have contained food should be emptied and rinsed. You can also recycle perfume bottles and toiletries too.

Household product glass such as mirrors, pyrex, drinking glasses and light bulbs cannot be recycled and should be disposed of in general waste.

Please get in touch at info@doorstepglassrecycling.co.uk and we will investigate your issue promptly.

We dispose of the glass we collect at a registered recycling facility via the Binn Group.

We prefer to take payment through the secure payment platform on our website but can make exceptions if required.

Kind words from our customers

I am not afraid to say I hate standing the process of taking all the bottles to the recycling point, for a few pounds a month it saves me the hassle and the embarrassment!

John, 55, Dundee

We have a young family and busy jobs and simply do not have the time so for us it is all about convenience.

Rebecca, 36, Broughty Ferry

Both my parents are elderly and the service is perfect for them as they do not get out and about easily.

Grace, 46, Perth

I love the fact the company donate proceeds to charity and encourage recycling at the same time.

Martha, 27, Aberfeldy
