Our collection areas follow the rounds our vans actually drive. If your postcode is on one, you can sign up straight away.
Get a box, or use your own
Ours is a Wham Bam 45 litre recycled plastic box, 49.0 × 39.5 × 32.0 cm, with a secure lid so it can live outside in any weather. It holds about 30 wine bottles, or 45 beer bottles. £10.00 if you want one, and it is yours to keep.
Fill it between collections
Bottles and jars of any colour: wine, beer, spirits, sauces, jam. Perfume bottles and toiletries too. Rinse anything that held food.
Mirrors, Pyrex, drinking glasses and light bulbs cannot be recycled and belong in general waste.
Leave it out on your day
We text and email the night before, so you are not trying to remember. Box out by 7am, wherever suits: doorstep, driveway, round the side. You tell us where to look and the driver sees it.
We take it to be recycled
We are a licensed waste carrier (WCR/R/1197147). Your glass is recycled, not landfilled.
Going away? Pause it.
You can pause collections from your account for as long as you need, and we will not charge you while you are away. Nothing to ring up about.
